When ordering a work of art from me, you accept to all the terms and conditions of ordering them. If any of these rules are broken, I have the right to refuse service or blacklist you from future orders.Work must be payed up front.
If you do not have enough funds to pay immediately, I also accept partial payment.Overly complex character designs may get a $5-10 fee in addition to their base price. If you have any concerns about your design being too complicated, do not be afraid to ask.I do not draw porn, NSFW, or Fetishes of any sort, however... If your character has a detailed reference sheet with genitalia, I will still work with it.You may not use my artwork to train, or otherwise feed AI data setsUpdates will always be top priority, and you're free to ask for periodic updates.If I cannot provide artwork in a timely manner, you will be notified.
A refund will be given in full as per request, or by default.
If I've already started work on your order (Ex: Sketch) and cannot finish on time, you are entitled to a partial refund. (Unless agreed otherwise.)
